Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping

We are pleased to ship worldwide. Please note the following:

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: All customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country of residence are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
  • Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and delays outside of our control. We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or fees, we cannot issue a refund for the order or shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package leaves our facility, shipping carriers assume responsibility for delivery.
  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at info@sequoiasoothe.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before completing your order, including any Apt or Suite numbers.
  • We ship to the exact address provided at checkout.
  • If an order is lost or undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we’re unable to offer a free replacement.
