Shipping & Fulfillment Timeline

We want you to know exactly when to expect your order. Here's how our fulfillment works:

Processing time: Orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day of being placed. Our warehouse fulfills Monday through Friday and does not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

Order cutoff: Orders placed before 6:00 PM ET on a business day are typically prepared that evening and shipped the following business morning. Orders placed after 6:00 PM ET, or on Friday after 6:00 PM ET through Sunday, will be prepared and shipped on the next business day (typically Monday).

Example: An order placed Friday at 3:00 PM ET will ship Monday. An order placed Saturday will also ship Monday.

Editing or canceling your order: Because we review every order by hand before it ships, you have a window to make changes. Please email us at info@sequoiasoothe.com as soon as possible — ideally before 6:00 PM ET the day you ordered — and we'll do our best to update your address, swap a variant, or cancel before it leaves the warehouse.

Once an order has been transferred to our warehouse for fulfillment, we're unable to make changes.
