At FLORA Nutrition, your satisfaction and results are our top priority. We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products and programs, and we want to ensure you have the best opportunity to experience their benefits.
To qualify for a refund:
We kindly ask that you:

Use the product consistently for at least 14 days, as directed.

Follow the 14-Day Reflux Reset plan (available here) alongside your product use.

Email our team within 30 days of your purchase if you are not satisfied.
Once these steps are completed, if you still feel the product hasn’t met your expectations, we’ll be happy to issue a full refund within the 30-day window.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International Shipping & Duties
We are pleased to offer international shipping. Please note the following important information regarding orders shipped outside of the United States:
- Customs, Duties & Taxes: All customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country of residence are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged at checkout.
- Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and delays that are outside of our control. We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders.
- Refusal of Delivery: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or fees, we cannot issue a refund for the order or shipping costs.
